    The ideal candidate will have exceptional creative thinking skills, enabling them to craft designs based on in-depth conversations with clients.

    To excel in this role, you should be confident in your ability to communicate regularly with clients, assess their needs, and adapt your approach accordingly. Additionally, maintaining a strong understanding of the interior design landscape and current trends is essential for providing clients with the best possible ideas.

    This position requires ownership of several key aspects:

    • Sales funnel management and sales closure
    • Customer experience throughout the project lifecycle
    • Quality and accuracy of design deliverables
    • End-to-end project lifecycle management

    To succeed as an Interior Designer at Livspace, you must possess the following skills and expertise:

    • A minimum of 15 years of academic education or equivalent
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design
    • Proven track record of leading and delivering 5-6 turnkey/full home residential projects
    • Exceptional knowledge of design tools, including PPT presentations and AutoCAD
    • Strong design expertise in conceptual, technical, modular, and civil works & services
    • Ability to create detailed bill-of-quantities (BoQ) for customers and coordinate with internal & external agencies
    • Effective sales expertise, including logical and trusted sales pitches and leading design meetings with customers
    • Desirable behavioural attributes: result-oriented, team player, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication
