    Are you energized by a highly technical systems accounting role that allows you to enhance your technical expertise in a state of the art manufacturing environment? If so, this Service Delivery-Record to Report role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.

    As a Service Delivery-Record to Report Professional, you will support the business in driving standardisation and best practices across the Specialized Management Accounting Services (SMAS) Hubs by ensuring standard ways for working with Service Level Agreements (SLA's) between Site, SMAS, and Financial Services for all in scope processes.

    This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:


    • Facilitate the delivery of efficiency improvements in support of the Automation, Faster Better Close, and the cost to serve agenda with the Production Accounting Process Council


    • Drive best practices and alignment of requirements across the Specialized Management Accounting Services (SMAS) network


    • Maintenance of master data as well as other changes in the business, process, system, reporting requirements, and Cognos software replacement


    • Work with business and Tech team to trouble shoot any issues and ensure these are resolved in a timely manner


    • Ensure changes in the system landscape are accurately reflected in the SMAS ways of working and cascaded across the Global SMAS network


    • Support the delivery of SMAS training content across Hubs as appropriate to upskill wider team on ways of working and processes


    • Work with Manufacturing Enterprise Resource Planning (M-ERP) system to ensure optimal use of system functionality


    • Ensure training material, process documentation, and other supporting material are maintained for all processes


    • Support key deliverables of key Pharma Supply Chain initiatives

    Basic Qualifications:

    We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Association of Certified Chartered Accountants/ACCA certified
  • Experience in Pharma Supply Chain Production accounting processes and performance management systems
  • Experience with manufacturing/accounting systems like SAP, Bison or Cognos software systems
  • Preferred Qualifications:
