Job Description Design Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow SOPs for design and conversion work.
- Create drawings using parametric design software.
- Prepare production drawings for manufacturing.
- Have basic knowledge of wardrobes, kitchens, and other furniture.
- Track common mistakes and help fix them.
- Understand client requirements, colour choices, and custom changes before starting drawings.
- Upload drawings to the ERP system.
- Make changes based on client or dealer feedback, working with the project coordinator.
- Keep records of all drawing changes.
- Share final drawings with the production and planning teams as per SOP.
**Requirements & Skills:**
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as an interior designer, specifically with modular interior products.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects individually while adhering to company standards in creative design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, and other design software.
- Capable of providing quick renderings as per customer needs.
- Educate customers about the competitive advantages of the companys products.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project operations at every stage.
- Propose creative and competitive design solutions to explore business opportunities (upselling and cross-selling).
- A keen eye for design.
