Description
Principal responsibilitieso Directlyaccountable for sales revenue in the assigned territory
o Manage all existing customer service support in theterritory
o Work closely with BU Head to ensure BU salesrevenue targets are met
o Manage the Key accountsassigned to ensure long term business growth of BU
oCoordinate with WH/support teams to ensure timely support ofsupplies support to
customers
o Ensure timelycollection of payments from all customers in theterritory
o Address customer complaints and ensuretimely redressal within set response and
resolution timeframe
o Generate new leads and work to convert the leadsto business wins
o Collect and report marketintelligence information related to
Competitorintelligence in the marketplace
