    Weare seeking a highly motivated and experienced Airport OperationsSupervisor to join our team at Kempegowda International AirportBengaluru (KIAL).
    Asan Airport Operations Supervisor Passenger Services you will play acrucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling ofpassenger services for flights betweenBengaluru andDhaalu.
    KeyResponsibilitiesPassenger CheckInandBoarding
    1. Overseethe checkin process ensuring adherence to airline policies andprocedures.
    2. Coordinateand manage the boarding process working closely with groundhandling staff and cabincrew.
    CustomerService
    1. Provideexceptional customer service to passengers addressing inquiries andresolving issuespromptly.
    2. Handlespecial requests and assist passengers with any uniquerequirements.

    BaggageHandling
    1. Supervise the baggage handling process ensuring accurate taggingloading and delivery.
    2. Manage lost and found procedures and assist in the resolution ofbaggagerelatedconcerns.
    FlightCoordination
    1. Collaborate with flight crew ground staff and relevant authoritiesto ensure ontime departures andarrivals.
    2. Address andresolve any operational challenges that may arise during theshift.
    *Safety andSecurityCompliance:
    1. Ensure strict compliance with safety and security protocols inaccordance with aviationregulations.
    2. Conductregular safety briefings and training for theteam.
    TeamManagement
    1. Lead and motivate a team of airport ground staff of the GHAfostering a positive and collaborative workenvironment.
    2. Conductperformance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to teammembers.
    Qualificationsand Experience
    1. Bachelorsdegree in Aviation Management Business Administration or a relatedfield.
    2. Minimum of 5years of experience in airport operations with at least 2 years ina supervisoryrole.
    3. Knowledge ofaviation regulations safety protocols and customer service bestpractices.
    4. Strongleadership communication and problemsolvingskills.

    Skillsand Competencies
    1. Excellentinterpersonal skills and the ability to handle diverse customerinteractions.
    2. Strongorganizational skills and attention todetail.
    3. Ability towork under pressure and make effective decisions in a fastpacedenvironment.
    4. Proficientin using airline reservation systems and MicrosoftOffice.
