    Chief Financial Officer- Real Estate

    • A Chartered Accountant Only From Real Estate Companies From Chennai Preferred
    • Minimum 12+ Years Of Finance Experience Of Which 5 Years In Real Estate Is A Must
    • Candidates knowing Tamil will be an advantage.

    Job Description :

    • Responsible for overall financial controls of the group including Budgeting, accounting, MIS, Compliance and Taxation.
    • Debt Restructuring/Funding
    • Anchor the project feasibility sign off process and continuously monitor the actual vs budgeted cost to highlight variances and work with key stakeholders to optimize profitability.
    • Complete incharge of Finance & Accounts till finalization and audit sign off
    • Must have handled minimum 10 Member team
    • Plan and monitor cash flows of the company.
    • Ensure 100% statutory compliance including Audit, Taxation and statutory compliance.
    • Proactive profit planning for the entire group and guide the management on key milestones to be achieved.
    • Streamlining of process to ensure adequate financial controls and zero leakage.
    • Formalize a system of MIS that can support senior management in decision making.
    • Groom next level of capable young leaders in the team.

    Qualification :

    • CA with 12+ years of experience with a Minimum of 5 years in Real Estate Finance
    • Excellent oral and written communication
    • Maturity to work with multiple stakeholders in high growth environment and deliver results.
    • Reporting to COO/CEO
