    Roles and responsibilities:

    We are looking for a Qualified Company Secretary with 0-2 years of experience in renowned mid-tier CS firms or early-stage startups. You will be responsible for ensuring Good Corporate Governance of our Company while acting as a single point of contact for all shareholders.

    • Conducting Board Meetings, General Meetings including circulating notices, preparing agendas & documenting minutes of the meeting.
    • Communicating key changes in regulatory updates to Senior Management and Directors on regular basis to provide insights on the impact on the Organisation.
    • Ensure compliance of Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, and RBI-related rules including filings thereof by coordinating with consultants.
    • Timely creation of virtual data room of all the relevant filings, statutory registers & Minutes book to facilitate inspection of documents by Directors, Investors, or Due Diligence teams.
    • Actively engage in Mergers & Acquisitions related discussions to provide inputs from a Corporate Governance perspective and take care of all the relevant filings.

    Required skills:

    • You are a Qualified Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and have 0-2 years of post-qualification experience.
    • Prior practical experience in conducting Board & General Meetings.
    • You enjoy working in a very fast-paced & dynamic environment.
    • You have great attention to detail to ensure least review comments.
    • You have the ability to coordinate with external consultants, Investors, and cross-functional teams.
    • You possess a great work ethic, integrity, and ability to maintain confidential information.
