We are looking for an experiencedpassionate detailoriented senior product design specialist who canpush the quality of our digital products beyond convenience andmake them awardworthy. They are masters of craft and collaboration.They carry strong product and design mindsets that help them createimpactful products while collaborating and helping the team learnand grow into ace designers.

Roles &Responsibilities:

• Shape and drive theoverall product design vision for your product category ensuringalignment with business goals and userneeds.
• Provide design leadership and mentorshipto the product design team fostering a collaborative and innovativedesign culture.
• Lead endtoend design processesfrom ideation and concept development to detailed interaction andvisual design ensuring a seamless and delightful userexperience.
• Collaborate closely withcrossfunctional teams including product managers engineers andstakeholders to bring design concepts to life and ensure successfulproduct launches.
• Conduct user researchusability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designsensuring a usercentric approach throughout the product developmentlifecycle.
• Contribute to the development andmaintenance of design systems ensuring consistency and scalabilityacross products and features.
• Keep abreast ofindustry trends design best practices and emerging technologies tocontinuously improve and innovate our product designprocesses.

KeySkills:

• Proven experience as a seniorproduct designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety ofdesign projects and successful product launches depicting growth inthe business and improvement in itsUX.
• Proficiency in product metrics usercantereddesign principles (especially for native and web apps) informationarchitecture interaction design and pixelperfect UIdesign.
• Demonstrated ability to lead andinspire a design team fostering a collaborative and inclusiveenvironment. Have the EQ to handleconflicts.
• Strong problemsolving skills and theability to translate complex ideas into intuitive and effectivedesign solutions. Ability to hustle and get fast outcomes whilenavigating ambiguity.
• Advanced proficiency inFigma and a fair understanding of frontend developmenttechnologies.
• Excellent communication skillswith the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale tocrossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Apassion for user advocacy and a deep understanding of user researchmethodologies.
• An online portfolio thatdocuments your best work and thinking process (a PDF would do too).If not you might be asked to take a designassignment.

EducationQualification:

Graduation: Any Graduation(preferably in Design)

Postgraduation: AnyPostgraduation (preferably in Design)

Experience:5 10 years
