Job Summary:We areseeking a skilled and experienced Manager OCI Network Specialist tojoin our team. This role requires a deep understanding of OracleCloud Infrastructure (OCI) networking and extensive experience inpresales delivery and program management. The successful candidatewill be responsible for leading a team of network specialistsdriving successful presales activities overseeing the endtoenddelivery of OCI networking projects and managing programlevelinitiatives. This is a seniorlevel position that requires strongleadership technical expertise and exceptional communicationskills.

Responsibilities:
1.Presales Leadership:

• Collaboratewith the sales team to understand customer requirements and developcompelling OCI networking solutions.
• Lead thecreation of technical proposals presentations estimations anddemonstrations to showcase the value of OCI networking to potentialclients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clientsproviding expert guidance on OCI networking architecture and bestpractices.
• 2.Delivery Management:
• Oversee the endtoenddelivery of OCI projects ensuring successful implementation andcustomer satisfaction.
• Define project scopeobjectives and deliverables and develop detailed projectplans.
• Manage project resources timelines andbudgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and withinbudget.
• Monitor project progress identify risksand implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful projectoutcomes.
• 3.Program Management:
• Lead and manage multipleOCI projects simultaneously ensuring alignment with organizationalgoals and objectives.
• Develop and maintainprogramlevel plans schedules andbudgets.
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teamsto ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout theprogram lifecycle.
• Monitor program performanceidentify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions asneeded.
• 4. TeamLeadership:
• Lead a team of OCI specialistsproviding guidance mentorship and support to ensure theirprofessional growth and development.
• Foster acollaborative and inclusive team culture promoting knowledgesharing and continuous learning.
• Conductperformance evaluations provide feedback and identify trainingneeds for teammembers.
• Requirements:
• Bachelorsdegree in computer science Engineering or a related field. Mastersdegree preferred.
• Extensive experience inpresales delivery and program management with a focus on OCInetworking preferably in the cloud servicesindustry.
• Indepth knowledge of OCI networkingconcepts including VCNs subnets security lists route tables loadbalancers VPN connections and networksecurity.
• Proven track record of successfullyleading and delivering complex OCI networkingprojects.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IProuting protocols (BGP OSPF) and network security protocols (IPSecSSL/TLS).
• Experience with network monitoringand troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark tcpdump and networkanalyzers.
• Proven experience in deployingvirtual firewall appliances like Palo Alto Fortigate Checkpoint etcin HA mode in OCI along with deploying virtual firewall appliancesin OCI DR region for seamless traffic flow between OCI primary andDR regions.
• Excellent communication andpresentation skills with the ability to effectively communicatetechnical concepts to both technical and nontechnicalstakeholders.
• Strong leadership and teammanagement skills with the ability to motivate and inspire ateam.
• Exceptional problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities.
• Relevantcertifications in OCI or related networking technologies are highlydesirable.
