    Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate – T&M Responsibilities

    ·Responsible to revise engine repair draft invoices and final invoices as per the contractual terms and conditions.

    ·Respond to requests regarding invoice disputes and contractual terms from internal and external stakeholders and deliver clear, accurate explanations.

    ·Should be able to interpret engine repair contracts and understand the key terms and conditions.

    ·Review engine shop visit maintenance summary and identify the level of work scopes performed on an engine.

    ·Interpret technical publications like EIPC, SBs and other relevant manuals to understand the part and its engine module level details.

    ·Maintain proper rhythm with shop managers/billers on invoicing process.

    ·Delivering timely feedback to the billers/shop managers about the discrepancies found on invoices and ensure proper amendments.

    ·Providing proper suggestions to the billers when a discrepancy has been identified.

    ·Ensuring high level of accuracy has been maintained during invoice review and able to deliver the invoices within the TAT.

    ·Translate details from work scope planning decoders into understandable format for invoicing purpose.

    ·Cross verifies the parts issued against the performed Service bulletins.

    ·Generate timely reports to provide details of the shop performance and impact generated overtime.

    ·Create and document the process into Standard operating procedures.

    ·Manage large data sets to gather the required information.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum qualifications

    ·Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Industrial management engineering /

    MBA (Finance /Operations/Marketing)

    ·Prior experience in Aviation technical records / maintenance planning

    ·Prior experience in Analysis and Research

    Preferred qualifications

    ·MBA, Aviation background preferred.

    ·Prior experience in Aircraft technical records / powerplant engineering / maintenance planning

    ·Good understanding on Aircraft engines, major modules, and sub modules

    ·Proficiency in MS office tools

    ·Knowledge/experience on Digital and BI tools is preferable.

    ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    ·Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and flexibility in working hours.
