  • L&D Associate

    Working closely with the Territory's leadership, the L&D Associate provides efficient, effective support for all areas of L&D and the business in executing Learning & Development related transactional and administrative activities. The L&D Associate functions as a primary point of contact in the resolution, escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with L&D protocols and guidelines.

    Job Overview and Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing front-facing support to routine questions, completed inquiries and transactional support for Learning and Development processes at the firmwide and Line of Service level, while working in collaboration with Learning & Development Team: Includes, but is not limited to, the set up and maintenance of Learning & Development training events and sessions, curriculums, compositions, proxy and dynamic enrollment, BOT enrolments, groups and email notification, as required Use PwC's global ticketing system and ServiceNow to review and respond to inquiries/requests or escalate as needed. Support Learning & Development administration, such as Cornerstone on Demand/Vantage cleanup, BOT management/escalation/enhancements.
  • Supporting key Stakeholders with Firmwide and Line of Service mandatory Learning and Development programs, such as Compliance and Independence Office.
  • Administration of Metrics that Matter (MtM), elearning system uploads, and support with assessments as required.
  • Responsible for delivering operational support aligned to Service Level agreement and providing quality review and feedback to third parties (e.g. TCS- Tata Consulting Services) who may be involved in providing additional transactional support
  • Act as next level support for learning and development query resolution and complex inquiries from various stakeholders within L&D and the FirmDeliver standardized processes for Learning & Development transactional service delivery by applying principles, frameworks and governance.
  • Technical understanding of systems such as Vantage, Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD), Workday, and Learning & Development programs available to our people.
  • Collaborate with various teams to respond to ongoing queries and issue resolution
  • Work closely with the IT Manager on supporting systems and technical escalations.
  • Work with PwC data tools such as Alteryx, Power BI etc. to perform regular audits and validations
  • Project assistance as required, and other duties as assigned.
  • Desired Profile

  • Technical knowledge including experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone on Demand, HRIS Workday experience is an asset but not required.
  • 1 - 3 years experience in an HC environment, or 3 – 5 years experience in an administrative or coordinator role with Learning & Development administration experience is an asset.
  • Ability to review own work for accuracy and completeness.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to communicate effectively, consult with others, build relationships, facilitate group discussions, and understand change management.
  • Strong relationship building skills and focus on customer service with the ability to deal with individuals at all levels within the Firm including leadership.
  • Excellent verbal communication, organizational, time management and listening skills. Well developed written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform under time constraints and deal with a large number of competing activities/tasks with changing priorities while meeting deadlines.

  • Education/Experience

    ● An undergraduate degree in HR or Learning & Development related discipline preferred. ● Certified Human Resources Professional designation complete or in progress is preferred.

    Hours of Work

  • This is a full-time opportunity which includes the requirement to work a rotating shift schedule involving evenings and nights.
