    Description

    Job Title: Stibo Developer

    Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

    Experience: 4+ years

    We are seeking a highly skilled Stibo Developer to join our team. As a Stibo Developer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our Product Information Management (PIM), Master Data Management (MDM), and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, with a focus on Stibo Systems' STEP platform.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain PIM, MDM, and DAM systems using Stibo Systems' STEP platform.
    • Configure Stibo Systems' STEP platform including attribute creation, business rules, integration endpoints, portal customization, asset push, digital asset management, match and merge, context, workflows, smart sheets, publication, and user privileges.
    • Utilize REST APIs for integrating Stibo Systems' STEP platform with other systems and applications.
    • Implement and manage data models, hierarchy relationship management, data governance, and data migration processes within Stibo Systems' STEP platform.
    • Analyze data and provide insights to improve product life cycle management.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.
    • Stay updated with the latest Stibo Systems' STEP platform features, best practices, and certifications.

    Requirements:

    Primary Skills (Must Have):

    • Strong understanding of PIM architecture, with experience in PIM / MDM / DAM systems.
    • Proficiency in Stibo Systems' STEP 10.x and 11.x versions, preferably in a SaaS environment.
    • Experience with Stibo Product MDM platform, including expertise in data models, hierarchy relationship management, data governance, and data migration.
    • Proficient in Stibo Systems' STEP configurations, including attribute creation, business rules, integration endpoints, portal customization, asset push, digital asset management, match and merge, context, workflows, smart sheets, publication, and user privileges.
    • Understanding of APIs and experience in using REST APIs within Stibo Systems' STEP platform.
    • Strong data analytical skills and experience in end-to-end product life cycle management.
    • STIBO STEP Certifications would be an add-on advantage.
    • Experience working in the eCommerce Automotive domain is preferred.

    Additional Skills (Preferred):

    • Familiarity with other PIM, MDM, and DAM systems.
    • Experience in Agile development methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
