**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a talented Sales Professional to join our team. As a Junior Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
• Manage the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and customer loyalty
• Present products to prospective clients and negotiate agreements
• Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customers' satisfaction
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or in other sales/customer service role
• Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• A business acumen and enthusiasm for sales
• BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing
