Designing and driving theadoption of consistent recruitinginterviewing assessment tools and hiringpractices that support a strong candidateexperience.

    Responsible for designingsourcing strategies for all levels with a focus onmid to senior level ability to maneuver adifferentiated approach for niche hiring.

    Defining and driving the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarksrelating to time to fill cost per hirediversity hiring and hiring manager andcandidatesatisfaction.
