• Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, and stakeholders to coordinate title curative actions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in title examination, preferably in the mortgage industry
• Proficient in conducting title research and using title examination software
• Strong understanding of real estate laws, procedures, and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and address complex title issues
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with various stakeholders
