Responsibilities

Deployment, automation, management, and maintenance of cloud-based applications.

Ensuring availability, performance, security, and scalability of applications.

Management of creation, release, and configuration of applications.

Pre-production acceptance testing for quality assurance.

Provision of critical system security by leveraging best practices and prolific cloud security solutions.

Develop a CI/CD methodology for container-based technologies.

Definition and deployment of systems for metrics, logging, and monitoring on the cloud platform.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

3+ years of work experience as a DevOps Cloud Engineer

Proficient in AWS and GCP Cloud environments

Experience in deploying web applications and/or microservices on AWS/GCP and hosting a cluster

Experience with DevOps tools such as Gitlab CI/CD, Jenkins, Maven, Git, Artifactory, SonarQube in a cloud environment.

Experience in container-based technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes, AWS EKS, OpenShift

Experience with Log Analytics tools like ELK, Splunk

Ability to create and utilize Infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation templates

A team player capable of high performance, flexibility in a dynamic working environment, and the ability to lead.
