    Social Media Manager (Gaming | RMG | SEA Audience)

    Location: India/Remote

    Reports to: Player Experience & Communications Lead

    Role Overview

    We are looking for a Social Media Manager with deep exposure to gaming and real-money gaming (RMG) ecosystems who understands how to engage competitive players, creators, and communities across fast-moving social platforms.

    This role goes beyond posting content.

    You will help translate gameplay moments, tournaments, updates, and community energy into social narratives that drive engagement, trust, and player curiosity.

    You will work closely with content, creative, community, and growth teams to ensure social media becomes a retention and acquisition amplifier rather than just a visibility channel.

    Experience working with SEA gaming audiences is highly preferred due to differences in tone, engagement patterns, and creator dynamics.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage daily social presence across Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube Shorts, and emerging gaming platforms
    • Translate gameplay, tournaments, and updates into engaging social formats
    • Adapt global content to SEA audience preferences and engagement behaviour
    • Collaborate with creative and content teams to maintain high content velocity
    • Monitor comments, trends, and sentiment to support ORM and community trust
    • Identify gaming and creator trends relevant to RMG and competitive ecosystems
    • Support creator collaborations and social amplification of influencer content
    • Track engagement performance and provide insights to improve content effectiveness
    Success Metrics
    • Engagement quality and consistency across platforms
    • Growth of gaming-relevant audience segments
    • Player sentiment and comment quality
    • CTR and traffic contribution from social to game installs
    • Responsiveness and trend adaptation speed
    Ideal Candidate
    • 2–5 years managing social media for gaming, esports, RMG, or consumer apps
    • Strong understanding of gaming culture, competitive behaviour, and player psychology
    • Experience working with SEA gaming audiences or creators
    • Ability to move fast with short-form content and gameplay-driven storytelling
    • Familiarity with Discord, Telegram, and creator-led gaming communities
    • Comfort collaborating with creative, performance, and community teams
    Bonus (Nice to Have)
    • Experience working with gaming creators or influencer campaigns
    • Exposure to skill gaming, fantasy sports, poker, or competitive casual games
    • Familiarity with meme culture within gaming ecosystems
    • Experience supporting tournament or event-related social amplification
