    Skills & Responsibilities:
  • Sound knowledge of various operating systems.
  • Good knowledge of all the hardware devices and their management.
  • Sound knowledge of Network management.
  • Problem analysis and solving skills.
  • Flexible to work in all shifts.
  • Installation and configuration in the systems
  • Solving the technical issues of the employees.
  • Troubleshooting of LAN Connectivity issues on site
  • Asset Inventory Management.
  • Work on tickets as per IT helpdesk SLA.
  • Preference : Certification on Hardware and networking or Microsoft or Cisco would be an added advantage
