What You'll Do:
As an Head, Strategy, IMEA, you would be supporting Managing Director IMEA in preparation and execution of business strategy, project management, data analysis, storylining, driving collaboration with teams across businesses, departments and functions while supporting business leaders in undertaking and driving key strategic projects.
What We're Looking For:
• Exposure of research on key macroeconomic trends, business, market data. Contribution to and application in-market knowledge and insights.
• Expertise in crafting Business strategy
• Enabling conceptualization through structured/ framework approach.
• Supporting execution of strategy working with key stakeholders
• Driving monitoring and governance
• Providing regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders on key deliverables and timelines
• Partnering with IMEA Managing Director to support business development activities
• Managing business projects and support cross business unit, cross functional teams from concept to closure of project
• PMO for Strategic IMEA projects
• Communication and Presentation to High Growth Regions leadership on key IMEA projects to support execution and deliverable achievement.
• Undertaking analysis, competitive landscape reviews, messaging and prepare reports and dashboards, to enable effective decision making
• Collaboration across businesses/ departments/ functions
• Supporting in bringing all key elements together for best business decisions to be driven
• Problem solving for key issues
• Escalation of hold-ups at the right time to help leaders spend time based on right prioritization
• Compilaton, assimilation and preparation (including confidentiel, sensitive) documents and briefs
Skills That Make a Difference:
• MBA with strategic bent of mind
• Open to travelling within and beyond India.
• 6-10 years of experience in Consulting and Industry
