WanderTrust is a Travel Company specializing in planning surprise trips. We plan your trips with a twist, the destination is revealed a day prior to the departure.

With surprise trips, we plan curated and customized domestic as well as international getaways. Curating and customizing travel packages to suit the clients requirements. We plan starting from Basic budget backpacking trips to Luxury getaways.

We are looking for a Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. The 'would-be' travel consultant needs to be:

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Based in Pune or willing to relocate in Pune and work from our office in Pune.
• Be flexible (being a start-up, everyone does everything possible).
• Be a hard worker and a problem solver.
• Preferably from a Travel and Tourism background.
• Possess a strong understanding of travel trends and industry best practices

Responsibilities:

• Speak to clients and understand their requirements for the trip.
• Design a personalized travel plan based on clients requirements and prepare quotation and the detailed itinerary as per the plan.
• Contact different properties/vendors and companies and negotiate rates and tariffs for accommodation, activities and vehicle rental.
• Navigate through our various backend portals searching for the best available deals.
• Work with operations team and process hotel bookings and travel tickets (online as well as offline).
• Communicate with clients (sending package details, teaser e-mails for surprise trips, and relevant trip documents).
• Preparing travel and other documents (vis-a-vis Accommodation vouchers, itineraries and package proposal documents).

Required Skills:

• Strong communications skills: verbal and written.
• Self motivated and driven by targets.
• Ability to convince clients about taking the trip with WanderTrust.
• Able to deliver the assigned targets on a weekly/monthly basis
• Critical thinker and problem solver
