    In this role

    , you'll get to:
  • Provide a remarkable employee experience by Managing HR email in-boxes, addressing employees requests and triaging with other functions as appropriate
  • Ensure compliance by actively monitoring and providing recommendations on policies, procedures, and practices that align with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Review "As Is" transaction and reporting processes across the HR Org with a continuous improvement and automation mindset, provide recommendations on whether changes, including further automation, can be made to improve the process and partner with cross functional teams on implementation.
  • Proactively audit and update HRIS (Workday) data to ensure data integrity
  • Utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
  • Collaborate in cross-functional projects in support of our key priorities.
  • Provide employee relations support, from performance management through to complex investigations, offering thought partnership and coaching for all stages from case preparation through to case conclusion.
  • Positively collaborate across peer groups - specifically individuals within Employment Legal, HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Finance to optimize processes.

    • We are looking for people with:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a Human Resources function within a lean, fast-paced work environment
  • A strong customer service orientation with high attention to detail and follow through
  • Prior knowledge & experience with WorkDay or other HR Information Systems
  • The ability to exercise sound and efficient judgment when managing complex decisions and confidential information.
  • Effective communicators and natural relationship builders who can collaborate with and influence a variety of work styles and personalities
  • Can do attitude and a curious mindset
  • HR Generalist experience partnering with HR functions (Compensation, Payroll, Legal, etc)
