- To implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for clients in North America
- To develop strong functional knowledge of payroll (payroll process/element setup) for US and Canada region.
- To ensure data integrity by supporting large/complex data imports/extracts validating accuracy through reporting/querying.
- A minimum 8 years of experience in functional implementation of Payroll & Benefits Administration system preferably within ERP environment
- Detailed understanding of Fusion Workforce Management HRMS - leave/time offs, benefits management especially integration w/taxation FICA, Social Security etc.
