JobDescription:We areseeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Head to oversee oursurgical product and plastic manufacturing operations. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in injection molding and aproven track record of leading successful manufacturing Plant Head will be responsible for the overallmanagement of the plant including production quality control andworkforcemanagement.Responsibilities:

• Developand implement strategic plans to achieve production targets andmeet quality standards
• Oversee daytodayoperations of the plant including production scheduling inventorymanagement and maintenance
• Ensure compliancewith all regulatory requirements and qualitystandards
• Lead and motivate the production teamto achieve optimal performance
• Identifyopportunities for process improvement and costreduction
• Collaborate with other departments toensure smooth operation of the plant
• Prepareand present regular reports on plant performance to seniormanagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree in Engineering or related field; Masters degreepreferred
• Minimum of X years of experience in amanufacturing leadership role preferably in the medical deviceindustry
• Strong knowledge of injection moldingprocesses and plastic manufacturing
• Excellentleadership and communication skills
• Provenability to drive continuous improvement and achieveresults
• Knowledge of regulatory requirementsand quality standards for medicaldevices
