    Description

    Position Overview:

    As a Business Analyst/Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients

    and our development team. You will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements,

    defining product features, and prioritizing development tasks to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality

    software solutions. This role requires a combination of business acumen, technical expertise, and strong

    communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, elicit requirements, and document user stories.


    • Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business value, technical feasibility, and project timelines.


    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.


    • Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA engineers to translate requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables.


    • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iterate and improve product features.


    • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.


    • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies to keep the development process on track.


    • Act as a champion for the product vision, advocating for customer needs and driving consensus among stakeholders.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.


    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in a software development environment.


    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and concise user stories.


    • Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.


    • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively present ideas and facilitate discussions with diverse stakeholders.


    • Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.


    • Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.


    • Certification in Agile or Business Analysis (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, CBAP) is a plus.
