- Sales Target Achievement
- Regularly monitor sales performance across segments, products, and areas against the business plan and Identify gaps
- Frequent market visits and meetings with dealers, distributors, and retailers. Understand market dynamics, gather feedback, and develop action plans to address market needs.
- Drive the development of distributor and dealer sales resources to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Analyse internal and external factors to develop competitive strategies tailored to specific demographics within the zone.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources within the allocated budget. Maintain cost control measures, implement resource planning strategies, and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Coach, mentor, and train the sales team. Identify training needs and collaborate with management to address skill gaps effectively.
- Preferably an MBA with 13+ years of experience FMCG industry in handling the sales & distribution for semi and rural market for AP, Telangana & Karnataka states.
- Candidate must be working in a capacity of Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager / State Head / Zonal Sales Head in his current organization.
- Candidate should have an experience in handling a big team
- Candidate must know Hindi, Telugu and Kannada language.
