    Role Description :

    - This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru, India is for a Technical Lead/Solution Architect with expertise in ServiceNow.

    - Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including : Application UI Configuration and workflow Configuration.

    - Design, configure and customize Service Now platform for client to implement/sustain the following modules Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), Change Management, Release Management, Asset Management, Service Catalog etc.

    - Integrate Service Now with other corporate applications via web services, mid-server, email etc.

    - Development of required client specific custom reporting.

    - Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, ADFS, SailPoint, Ping, etc.).

    - Interface with ServiceNow technical teams such as Cloud Infrastructure to successfully set-up the SaaS platform.

    - Be a key member of the overall implementation project team.

    - Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related.

    - Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.

    Qualifications :

    - 10+ years of experience, with at least 3 4 years in ServiceNow as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect.

    - Proven experience in leading development and implementation of Service Now solutions.

    - Advanced exposure to scripting on Service Now platform Glide, Jelly, AJAX etc.

    Experience implementing ITSM or ITOM modules within ServiceNow platform.

    - Strong understanding of ServiceNow out of the box functionality and best practices on implementing customization where required.

    Excellent understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.

    - Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and JDBC.

    - Able to Read and understands XML schemas.

    Solid understanding of SaaS, client server architecture, SOA and web services concepts.

    Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.

    - Ability to configure and implement ServiceNow platform modules according to the ServiceNow vendor's best practices and design principles.

    - Team management experience with excellent communication skills.

    Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, or a related field.

    Preferred :

    - Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.

    - Experience with ITSM or ITOM Tools such as BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager, or ServiceNow Discovery and Orchestration.

    - Experience in programming/scripting, knowledge of web technologies and tool stack.
