    We are in search of a dedicated and experienced AVProject Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will beresponsible for overseeing the execution of audiovisual projectsensuring timely delivery and maintaining highquality standards.     Responsibilities:

    ProjectPlanning:

    Collaboratewith clients sales teams and design engineers to understand projectrequirements.

    Developcomprehensive project plans outlining timelines milestones andresource requirements.

    InstallationOversight:

    Supervise andcoordinate the installation of AV systems ensuring adherence todesign specifications.

    Conduct onsitevisits to monitor progress and address any technicalchallenges.

    Team Collaboration:

    Work closely with crossfunctional teams includingdesign engineers technicians and subcontractors.

    Provide technical guidance and support to team membersthroughout the project lifecycle.

    Quality Assurance:

    Implement quality control measures to ensure AV systemsmeet industry standards and client expectations.

    Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to resolveany issues.

    Client Communication:

    Maintain regular communication with clients updatingthem on project progress and addressing inquiries.

    Provide training to clients on the operation andmaintenance of AV systems.

    Budget and Resource Management:

    Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensurecosteffectiveness.

    Manageresources efficiently to meet project deadlines.



    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering AudiovisualTechnology or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an AV Project Engineer or similarrole.
    • Strong knowledge of audiovisualtechnologies system integration and troubleshooting.
    • Proficient in project management tools andmethodologies.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Industry certifications such as CTS (InfoComm CertifiedTechnology Specialist) are a plus.
    • Familiarity with control systems (Crestron AMX) andvideo conferencing solutions.
    • Experience with AV system programming.
