Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai

Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment, although freshers are welcome to apply. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all types of recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and salary negotiations.

Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates by using job portals, social media, and other methods

Screen resumes and applications and conduct preliminary interviews

Provide information to candidates about the job profile, salary package, organization, etc.

Coordinate interviews between the client and the candidate

Ensure that the shortlisted candidate joins the company

Build and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates

Maintain a database of candidates and job openings

Requirements:

HSC and Graduation

At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Knowledge of job portals and social media recruitment

• Salary: 15k to 25k In Hand
