    Looking to hire Principal for an International School.

    Location - Kerala , Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore - Pan India level

    Requirement - Should have experience of IB Board or IGCSE or ICSE since they are into transition phase from being ICSE and CBSE board to IB Board.

    Overview :

    The Principal is responsible for taking the vision of the school to all stakeholders of the school and making it a reality. She / He is accountable for the complete transaction of the curriculum, the academic achievement and safety of all students of the school.

    Qualifications and Experience :

    The Principal should have:


    • A post-graduate or doctoral degree in any field of expertise


    • Relevant teaching qualifications like a diploma or degree in education


    • Academic experience, including teaching in a quality school setting of repute


    • Experience in leadership positions, with a proven track record of excellence

    Culture and Communication
    • Articulate school's vision, motto and philosophy clearly to all personnel, students and their parents, as an ongoing practice.

    Administrative Leadership
    • Ensure performance of all school personnel in accordance with the role expectations, job descriptions, terms and conditions of employment and work ethics of the school.

    Co-curricular activities
    • Ensure that the vision, motto and philosophy of the school are integrated into the nature and type of co – curricular activities.

    Recruitment and induction
    • Evaluate and make recommendations regarding manpower requirements for each upcoming academic year and initiate necessary steps to fill all potential vacancies well in advance, with approval of the Director.

    Admissions
    • Participate in formulating the Admission Policy and review the same periodically.

    Student Assessment
    • Formulate and review policies, procedures, and formats for assessment of student progress and performance.
    • Follow, communicate, and ensure implementation of all guidelines as prescribed by the school's Assessment Policies and by the CISCE.

    Day- to- Day Management
    • Ensure that the necessary systems and standard operating procedures are in place for academic functions of the School.
