ServiceNow CSM Developer Job Requirement
Experience Required:
- Total Experience: 8+ years
- Relevant Experience: 6+ years in ServiceNow
- Primary Skill: ServiceNow CSM
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet organizational needs.
- Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, promoting a collaborative and knowledge-sharing team environment.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in ServiceNow development, and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Participate in the planning and execution of platform upgrades and enhancements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, design principles, and best practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong scripting and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) implementation.
- Expertise in ServiceNow development tools, including Configuration Workspace, Workflow Editor, Form Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal, and GenAI capabilities.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM (CIS-CSM) are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
