Job Title: Executive – Account Receivable & Billing

CTC: Rs.25,000 to 30,000 Per Month

Reporting Location: Goregaon East - Mumbai

I Job Responsibilities:

1) Receiving and processing Sales Orders from Branch In-charges, HODs, and Technical Sales Managers.

2) Creating Customer and Retailer Invoices of approved sales orders using Tally Cloud.

3) Sending billed invoices to customers, as well as to the dispatch division, for dispatch as per Terms.

4) Recording and Maintaining an Accounts Receivables Ledger as per the billed Terms of payment.

5) Sending official Notice of Payment and following up for the same with defaulting parties.

6) Charging late payment fees to Customers, Dealers or Distributors as per the Terms of sale.

7) Ensuring all billed order invoices are forwarded to the dispatch division, to enable timely e-invoice preparation and dispatch.

8) Reporting on Account Receivable, Outstanding Amounts and Collection Amounts to relevant HODs and Branch In-charges and notifying the sales team of credit defaulters to stop sale.

9) Ensuring all collections are within the stipulated credit period as per the sales contract.

II Skills and Qualifications:

1) MCom or advanced commercial degree preferred.

2) 8+ Years' experience in an accounting team within a sales driven organization.

3) Experience in working with ERP systems such as Tally, SAP or Oracle.

4) Experience with Microsoft Tally and Google Sheets.

III Desirable Traits:

You are the enforcer of the Company's Payment Terms, hence must be able to solve problems unemotionally. You must approach your work in a highly organized and step by step manner.
