- Leading R&D support for Pigments, Dyes and Intermediates, new product development, process optimization, third party interaction, analytical and technical support to customers, documentation, preparation, and presentation of project report
- Development of key intermediates for organic pigments with backward integration
- Develop cost-effective synthetic routes for many important Intermediates from lab to plant production
- Provide technical support to sales and marketing team
- Lead a talented team in R&D, Process & Technology development, and manufacturing support.
- Vendor qualifications of various products and raw materials for Dyes, Pigments, Additives, and Pigment Intermediates.
- Developing and commercializing new processes and technologies
- Focus on safety, cost effectiveness, robustness and reproducibility of projects and processes
- Generation of own Innovation ideas and IP generation
- Identification of new products or new concept by working with Sales & Marketing team
