    Job Opportunity: Senior ARAS Developer

    Experience - 6+years

    Work Mode- Work from Office

    Location- Hinjewadi Phase-1

    Are you passionate about ARAS customization and development? We're hiring for a dynamic and innovative Senior ARAS Developer role with opportunities to lead and grow in a collaborative environment.

    What You'll Do:

    • Install, configure, and administer ARAS PLM systems.
    • Develop and customize ARAS Methods using C#, JavaScript, VB, and client-side UI tools.
    • Customize modules like BOM Management, Change Management (ECR/ECO/ECN), Variant & Project Management, APQP, RFP/RFQ Management, and more.
    • Create dashboards and intuitive user interfaces.
    • Design technical architectures and implement enterprise-level PLM solutions.
    • Contribute to innovative tools, templates, and scalable processes.
    • Lead and mentor a team of developers and testers.

    Must-Have Skills:

    • Strong ARAS customization experience across multiple modules.
    • Proficiency in C#.NET coding.
    • Expertise in dashboard creation and system integration.
    • Leadership, team management, and customer relationship management.

    Nice-to-Have Skills:

    • Knowledge of CAD integration, data migration, and enterprise integration.
    • Experience with end-to-end PLM implementation and DevOps practices.
