    At Animaker, we're seeking a highly ambitious and energetic Farming Manager or Customer Success Manager to lead your assigned Sales team in forging strong and fruitful customer relationships that drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with high-volume clients to achieve organic growth and company objectives.
    • Research and identify key client requirements, suggesting solutions that meet their needs and wants.
    • Build, manage, coach, and mentor a Customer Success team.
    • Develop frameworks and playbooks to retain customers and improve customer success.
    • Deliver client-focused solutions to customer needs.

    Your Typical Day:

    • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
    • Buidling credible and long-lasting relationships with existing clients for recurring business.
    • Retrain and grow revenue on the existing book of business, manage customer life cycle, customer contract renewals, increase footprint within the business, forecast, and reduce churn.
    • Meet monthly and quarterly Up-Sell and Cross-Sell opportunity generation consistent with sales targets.
    • Meet customer retention goals with a minimum 90% retention rate.
    • Increase footprint in the existing customer base to offset any unavoidable churn.
    • Earn 100% customer satisfaction and maximize retention.
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
    • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding international sales performance.
    • Continuously review the action items/targets of self and the team and course-correct whenever required.
    • Maintain high team morale.
    • Motivate the team to give their best.
