- Develop and implement a comprehensive business growth strategy for the Life Sciences Analytics service line.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in commercial, medical affairs, R&D, and other relevant areas within the Life Sciences domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
- Drive revenue growth through effective client engagement, relationship management, and successful project delivery.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and position our analytics solutions to meet and exceed expectations.
- Work closely with Genpact sales and advisory team to push analytics solutions.
- Lead pricing strategies and negotiations to maximize profitability.
- Assess market trends and client needs to identify opportunities for new capability development within the Life Sciences Analytics service line.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build and enhance analytical solutions that address evolving industry requirements.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive external and internal branding strategy for the Life Sciences Analytics service line.
- Contribute to industry thought leadership by writing whitepapers, participating in conferences, and engaging with key stakeholders.
- Enhance the company's reputation as a leader in Life Sciences Analytics through strategic positioning and visibility efforts.
- Work closely with the delivery and sales teams to package and tailor analytics solutions for effective commercialization.
- Ensure that offerings align with client needs, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Life Sciences Analytics, providing deep insights and expertise to internal teams and clients.
- Take ownership of strategic projects, serving as the project lead and ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the completion of key milestones and deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's or MBA preferred.
- Hands on experience in Life Sciences Analytics or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of commercial, medical affairs, and R&D processes within the Life Sciences sector.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
