    As we continue to expand our capabilities, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join us as the Senior Manager for our Life Sciences Analytics Service Line.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Business Growth Strategy:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive business growth strategy for the Life Sciences Analytics service line.
    • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in commercial, medical affairs, R&D, and other relevant areas within the Life Sciences domain.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives.

    Revenue Growth:

    • Drive revenue growth through effective client engagement, relationship management, and successful project delivery.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and position our analytics solutions to meet and exceed expectations.
    • Work closely with Genpact sales and advisory team to push analytics solutions.
    • Lead pricing strategies and negotiations to maximize profitability.

    Capability Building:

    • Assess market trends and client needs to identify opportunities for new capability development within the Life Sciences Analytics service line.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to build and enhance analytical solutions that address evolving industry requirements.

    Brand Building and Thought Leadership:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive external and internal branding strategy for the Life Sciences Analytics service line.
    • Contribute to industry thought leadership by writing whitepapers, participating in conferences, and engaging with key stakeholders.
    • Enhance the company's reputation as a leader in Life Sciences Analytics through strategic positioning and visibility efforts.

    Solution Packaging for Commercialization:

    • Work closely with the delivery and sales teams to package and tailor analytics solutions for effective commercialization.
    • Ensure that offerings align with client needs, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

    Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Project Owner:

    • Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Life Sciences Analytics, providing deep insights and expertise to internal teams and clients.
    • Take ownership of strategic projects, serving as the project lead and ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the completion of key milestones and deliverables.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's or MBA preferred.
    • Hands on experience in Life Sciences Analytics or a related field.
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
    • Strong understanding of commercial, medical affairs, and R&D processes within the Life Sciences sector.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
