    Responsibilities :

    • Design and develop scalable, high-performance software architectures that support an increasing base of users and functionalities.
    • Implement and maintain monitoring systems to ensure high availability and timely alerts for system anomalies.
    • Lead and mentor a team of software developers in building cloud-native applications across [specify platforms, e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform].
    • Drive the architectural decisions, integrating best practices for cloud security and scalability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements, set priorities, and establish timelines for system upgrades and rollouts.
    • Oversee the deployment of large-scale projects, managing the entire lifecycle from development to integration and testing.
    • Ensure systems are designed and optimized for optimal cost-performance efficiency in the cloud.
    • Facilitate agile development processes and improve existing workflows for peak efficiency.
    • Keep documentation up-to-date and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
    • Stay current with new technology trends and evaluate emerging technologies for adoption and implementation.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in software development and 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Expertise in MERN Stack
    • Strong experience with cloud services (AWS) and building applications in cloud environments.
    • Proven track record in designing scalable architecture and implementing effective monitoring systems.
    • Strong project management skills and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    • Exceptional leadership skills with an ability to drive team performance and innovation.
    • Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
