As we transition from the elevation phase to the interior development of our current project, we are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to join our team and ensure the smooth execution of the project according to plans and specifications.

Position Overview:

As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and implementing the interior development phase of our ongoing project. Reporting directly to the architect, you will be responsible for monitoring construction activities, ensuring adherence to design plans and drawings, and providing regular updates on project progress.

Responsibilities:

1.Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and quality standards.

2.Collaborate with the architect and construction team to interpret design plans and drawings accurately.

3.Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

4.Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or deviations from the plan.

5.Supervise construction crew and provide guidance as needed to maintain project schedule and quality.

6.Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the architect, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.

7.Maintain accurate records of project activities, including material quantities, manpower, and equipment usage.

8.Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

2.Proven experience in construction supervision, preferably in residential projects.

3.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

4.Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.

5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

6.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management.

7.Familiarity with construction management software and tools is a plus.
