- Responsibilities: -
- Exposure in Testing & Validation (knowledge of vibration, thermal, pressure fatigue, environmental testing, salt spray, fatigue testing and durability testing)
- knowledge of automobile standards.
- Equipment handling (hands on experience of instrument like Multimeter, Clamp meter, Oscilloscope, HV tester, and power supply)
- Train respective personnel on functions necessary to setup, operate, calibrate, and maintain test equipment.
- Development of tools and fixtures in communication with design
- Ensure Preventative Maintenance and Spare Part management on test equipment and to manage outsource testing.
- Communicate with respective engineering groups to ensure equipment functionality and maintenance.
- Communicate test progress and status.
- Analyze data to problem solve and improve test equipment.
- Able to work in Shifts.
- Knowledge: Essential
- Experience with electromechanical systems design, troubleshooting, and repair
- Good Knowledge on mechanical drawing and standards.
- MS Access tool: excel, PowerPoint, world
- Time Management, Teamwork & Good Communication Skills
- Component Testing Knowledge
