    Description

    Expected deliverables :

    Location :
    Bangalore , HSR

    • Lead a team of 3+ people responsible for maintenance of all Finance & Account related activities such as accounting, expense control, taxations, accounts payable, disbursement & collection accounting, pay roll accounting etc.
    • Formulation of strategies, policies, and procedures including costing, tax, asset, budget, credit, and cash flow management for NBFC business perspective
    • Directs timely and accurate preparation of profit & loss account, balance sheet, standard and management reports (periodic & adhoc)
    • Preparing details of Income Tax, GST, and other taxes
    • Manage the expectations of the stakeholders through providing them monthly MIS, accounts, cash flows statements, investor reporting, and legal compliance reports
    • Coordinating with Statutory Auditors to ensure smooth audit closures
    - supporting in Loan disbursal process end to end

    • Coordinating with various stakeholders (Business, Legal & Credit Teams) to ensure timely completion of Loan disbursal process
    • Interact with Portfolio team/ Risk team and respond to their requirement in defined TAT
    • Accounting on Loan provisioning & NPA in alignment with risk team / RBI guidance
    • Ensure daily Collection accounting being done by the finance team in ERP
    • Ensure daily reconciliation of collection booked in Business ERP & Accounting software
    • Ensure daily completion of bookkeeping aspects related to Income accounting
    - build controls and governance within the organization with a robust framework encompassing all departments & functions

    • Monthly Financial Reporting including Consolidated Financials, Expected Credit Loss etc
    • In depth understanding of accounting standards including Indian GAAP & IND-AS
    • Close controls to ensure Regulatory / RBI Compliances with no deviation

    Eligibility :

    • CA/MBA with 6 + years of relevant experience including in an NBFC (experience in NBFC is a must)
    • Strong financial/ investment knowledge
    • Strong communication skills/Presentation skills
    • Good analytical skills
    • Ability to motivate and lead a team
    • IT Savvy, should have a working knowledge of MS office/ accounting software
