    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and proactive Housekeeping Manager to lead our Housekeeping Department. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping team, implementing cleaning protocols, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring a safe environment throughout the hospital.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead, manage, and supervise the housekeeping team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

    Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across all hospital areas.

    Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to monitor cleaning practices, safety compliance, and adherence to established standards.

    Coordinate with other departments to address cleaning requirements, special requests, and emergency situations.

    Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials, and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.

    Implement infection control measures and ensure compliance with hospital protocols to prevent the spread of infections.

    Respond to housekeeping-related inquiries, complaints, and concerns from patients, staff, and visitors in a timely and professional manner.

    Monitor and manage housekeeping budgets, expenses, and cost-control measures.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or related field; certification in housekeeping management is a plus.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping management in the healthcare industry.

    Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, chemicals, and infection control protocols.

    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and housekeeping management software.
