    Job Overview

    We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented GSA F&B to join our team at Acacia Hotel. As a GSA F&B, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests in the Food and Beverage department. This is a full-time position located in Morjim, Goa, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications And Skills

    • Previous experience as a GSA F&B or similar role
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Strong knowledge of food and beverage items
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
    • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
    • Basic computer skills

    Roles And Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
    • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests
    • Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders
    • Provide recommendations on menus and daily specials
    • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints
    • Upsell and promote food and beverage items
    • Prepare and present bills to guests and process payments
    • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the F&B outlets
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
