Description
We are hiring Analytics Consultant for Noida location and looking for candidates with key skills in Predictive analysis, Data Wrangling, Predictive modelling.
Not Looking for candidates with ETL Pipeline or healthcare domain experience.

Key Accountabilities
· Enable business to make data backed business and process decisions that deliver accelerated financial impact
· Scale-up analytics by building self-serve analytics capabilities and elevating problem solving / insight skills
· Partner with different functional leads to understand the business problem, guide stakeholders to separate needs from wants and hypotheses formulation.
· Develop analytical solutions to solve problem, identify internal & external data, use analytical techniques including use of statistical techniques to analyse the problem, distil information into actionable insights.
· Present findings in intuitive way with clear insights & recommendations
· Identify frequently analysed business problems, develop analysis mythology to provide robust insights and work with development team to package-up these solutions into self-serve analytics capabilities.
· Manage multiple project priorities, deadlines and deliverables including rapid response as well as strategic priorities

§ Qualification – Any Graduate or MBA/PGDM
§ Experience –
o 3-5 years of experience in data driven consulting and analysis.
o Strong data wrangling & programming skills (Python, SQL), handling large volume of data, familiarity with use of statistical / ML models
o Strong expertise in excel & power point and building data driven insights
§ Exposure to hypothesis based problem solving, translating business question into analytical methodology and data needs.
§ Can bring creative approach to analysing problem, synthesising a large volume and diverse data sources to delivery actionable insights.
