    Job Overview

    We are looking for a skilled Assembly Fitter / Welder to join our team at Ultraautosonic LLP. As an Assembly Fitter / Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and welding various components to create high-quality ultrasonic equipment. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and requires a junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical assembly and welding background.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in mechanical assembly and welding.
    • Proficiency in welding techniques,
    • Knowledge of mechanical assembly methods, including drilling, tapping, and grinding.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Adherence to safety protocols and procedures.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assembling components to create ultrasonic equipment using mechanical assembly techniques.
    • Performing welding tasks to join metal parts and ensure structural integrity.
    • Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure accurate assembly and welding processes.
    • Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
    • Inspecting and testing assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.
    • Maintaining and repairing assembly tools and equipment as needed.
    • Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
