    PositionOverview:
    Asa HORECA Sales Specialist you will be responsible for driving saleswithin the HORECA sector focusing on coffee products. The idealcandidate will have a proven track record in sales specificallywithin the coffee manufacturing industry or HORECA/institutionalsales and possess a deep understanding of the dynamics of thehospitality and foodservicemarket.
    KeyResponsibilities:
    1. BusinessDevelopment:
    • Identifyand target new business opportunities within the HORECAsector.
    • Develop and execute effective salesstrategies to achieve revenuetargets.

    1. ClientRelationshipManagement:
    • Cultivateand maintain strong relationships with key clients including hotelsrestaurants and catering businesses.
    • Provideexcellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction andloyalty.

    1. ProductKnowledge:
    • Possessindepth knowledge of our coffee products and their unique sellingpoints.
    • Conduct product demonstrations andtastings to showcase the quality and appeal of our coffeeofferings.

    1. MarketAnalysis:
    • Stayinformed about industry trends competitor activities and marketdynamics.
    • Analyze market data to identifyopportunities for growth andexpansion.

    1. SalesReporting:
    • Maintainaccurate and uptodate sales records reports andforecasts.
    • Provide regular updates to the salesmanager on progress andchallenges.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Marketing or a relatedfield.
    • 17 years of proven sales experience inthe coffee manufacturing industry or HORECA/institutionalsales.
    • Strong negotiation and communicationskills.
    • Familiarity with the HORECA sector andan existing network of contacts within theindustry.
