    We are looking for an Assistant Professor for Chitkara College of Education

    Minimum Requirement-Degree or experience in the relevant field

    • Education-Graduation- BA/B.Sc. + B.Ed. (Mandatory)
    • Post Graduation- MA/M.Sc. + M.Ed. (Mandatory)
    • Ph.D. in Education/Psychology (Preferred)
    • Experience-For Assistant Professor- minimum 1 year of total teaching experience is required.
    • For Associate Professor- minimum 8 years of total experience
    • Essential Skills-Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
    • Optimum Listening Skills and Superior Understanding Quality
    • Empathetic, Collaborative, and Adaptable Nature.
    • Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct of subject classes in a domain or general subject.
    • Used flipped, blended, or other technology-dependent pedagogy to enhance learning outcomes.
    • Preparing teaching materials, course handouts and sending these to students in advance.
    • Directing and guiding students on internship, dissertations, and subject assignment papers.
    • Conduct tutorials in own subject, directing individual and group studies
    • Participating in continuing education and professional development programs
    • Participation in scholarly activities, committees, and community services
    • Preparing test materials and evaluation of written and external examinations/papers.
    • Planning and monitoring off-campus field trips for surveys, academic visits, etc.
