    Job Brief:The role entails integratedmarketing lead responsible for leading and managing the companysintegrated marketing efforts to drive brand awareness customeracquisition and revenuegrowth.

    Responsibilities:

    Overall:

    Generatingleads through activities digital channels such as email marketingSMS RCS WhatsApp.

    Implement best practices acrossthe digital channels such as segmenting targeting frequency anddeliverability.

    Should be able to optimize on thecampaigns.

    Email CampaignManagement:

    Design edit test anddeploy email campaign using communicationtools.

    Create and manage multiple templates foremail campaigns.

    Experience with marketingautomation platforms and the ability to implement automatedworkflows for lead nurturing scoring and personalized customerjourneys.

    Experience in conducting A/B testing tooptimize the campaign elements such as subject lines visuals andcalls to action for improvedengagement.

    DigitalMedia Planning:

    Deploy continuouslead generation digital campaigns and building customer journeyfrom leads to acquisition.

    Conceptualize developand execute digital marketing campaigns across various channelsincluding digital social media email contentmarketing.

    Generate and share reports on campaignperformance optimizing strategies for enhancedperformance.

    Monitor and manage lead progressionthrough sales funnel.

    Coordinate with respectiveteam to gather audience lists.

    Use data driveninsights to assess campaign performance identify areas ofimprovement and make data backedrecommendations.

    Should be able to optimize themarketingROI.

    MarketingAutomation:

    Building andmonitoring automated campaigns across web andemail.

    Building and testing workflows workflowsand automation on multiple platforms (Hubspot Moengageetc.).

    Ensuring smooth execution of campaigns andtroubleshoot in case of any issues.

    Using CRM andmarketing automation tools to segment and target customers groupeffectively ensuring personalized content is delivered to the rightaudience.

    Identifying new areas of automationsetup and smoothrunning.

    SkillsRequired:

    Bachelors degree in Marketing andBusiness to a related fields ( masters degreepreferred).

    Proven experience of 812years inmarketing.

    Proficient in email marketing campaignmanagement lead generation.

    Familiarity withemail marketing tools such as netcore gupshupetc.

    Proficiency in MS Excel MS PowerPoint andother Office 365 application.

    Proficiency inmarketing analytics and data driven decisionmaking.

    Strong familiarity with marketingautomation tools and technologies.

    Ability towork in a fast paced dynamicenvironment.

    Excellent communication andcollaboration skills.

    Should be able tocollaborate with various departments such as sales product ITCustomer support to align initiatives andexecution.

    Manage relationships with externalmarketing agencies vendors partners to support campaign executionand achieve marketing goals.

    Ensure all marketingactivities comply with industry regulations and ethicalstandards.

    Should be abreast of current marketingtools used inmarketing.
