Responsibilities:Deep knowledge of various forex products/industry and operations.

To lead a team of Product Heads in a professional manner, giving them guidance/ strategies/motivation to take this established Forex organisation to greater heights.

Continuous updation of latest developments in the industry and adopting alternate strategies wherever required.
Creating a positive approach to build and lead a team of professionals with travel/field orientation.
Devise strategies/new line of business getting fast move advantage.


Requirements:

. Master/University degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration/Forex preferred. 7 to 10 years of experience in Foreign Exchange companies/ banking(related to the Foreign Exchange products). Strong analytical skills. Good communication skills. Creative and independent. Good influencing skills for results. Self-disciplined, hardworking nature with perseverance to withstand pressures
