    HR Head- Renowned Financial technology company based in Gurgaon

    My client is looking to hire their HR head to report directly into the COO and manage a team of 4-5 reports directly-

    • Define the vision and tactical programs for HR in alignment with the longterm perspective and annual priorities of the business
    • Drive and lead Talent Acquisition for the company and scale up the same by a headcount of additional hires, taking the over all employee base to 400 in the next one year
    • Strategizing Learning & Development interventions to strengthen the people capability.
    • Establish robust HR practices, systems and processes to ensure management, development and retention of talented workforce.
    • Lead the implementation & change of robust, consistent and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system, putting the Talent Management framework in place, Leading the Change Management and OD initiatives.
    • Proactively provide timely and expert guidance, perspective and support to enable all top management representatives, managers and department heads to make appropriate people decisions.
    • Be the custodian of the company culture and values institutionalizing and promoting them across the organization always.
    • Strategizing and leading all people development interventions for the organization which will include executive assessment, coaching, talent review, succession planning and executive development programs
    • Manages the development of their direct report team.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory or other regulatory requirements and with all corporate governance and code of conduct guidelines always

    An ideal candidate:

    • Minimum 815 years of experience and Demonstrated expertise in strategic HR management i.e. talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development etc
    • Excellence in stakeholder management and navigating formal and informal communication channels within the company
    • Current knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, and applicable laws regarding human resources.
    • Strong leadership management skills i.e., comfortable with leading teams under uncertainty, ambiguity and constant change, yet able to set priorities and deliver to commitments.
    • Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills
