RoleResponsibility: Understanding requirement from sales teamthrough PCR Modeling & drawingpreparation through Solidworks Provideadequate tolerance by using GD&T indrawing.

Should do necessary Machine Designcalculation. Strong communication withplanning assembly sourcing and sales teamPrepare Design plan Release of drawings BOM as perschedule. Visit to suppliers forclarification of new system. Closeinteraction with other design teams like EPZ Spares CBE &Electrical Should handle projectsindependently or with minimum guidance.


Education andExperience:

B.E./B.Tech inDesign Engineering from Reputed Institute 8to 10 years of experience in Design & Development ofEquipment Design.


TechnicalSkills:

Should have solidexperience in New Product Development Expertin Solidworks 3D Modelling & 2D drawingsmaking. Should have AutoCad workexperience.

Capable of designparts/components subsystem independentlyStrong in Design calculations necessary for MachineDesign GD&T and Tolerance stackupknowledge Parts manufacturing process& Metallurgy exposure DFMEAknowhow Experience in Structural Analysis& FEA (ANSYS Software)
