    KeyResponsibilities:
    Collaborate with the Head of Department to understand theirrecruitment needs including projectspecific requirements timelinesand talentprofiles.
    Employ proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attractqualified candidates for MEP positions including engineers projectmanagers and technicalspecialists.
    Conduct thorough candidate assessments including resume reviewsinterviews and technical evaluations to ensure alignment withrequirements.
    Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current andfuture staffing needs staying ahead of industrytrends.
    Ensure adherence to all applicable labour laws industry standardsand safety regulations throughout the recruitmentprocess.
    Foster strong client relationships by providing regular updatesperformance metrics and recommendations for continuousimprovement
    Leverage advanced recruitment technologies and tools such as HRsoftware to streamline processes and enhanceefficiency.
    Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards incandidate selection background checks andonboarding.
    Stay informed about industry trends salary benchmarks andcompetitor analysis to advise client on market conditions andrecruitmentstrategies.
    Generate and present recruitment metrics and reports to client andinternal stakeholder highlighting key performance indicators(KPIs).
